Booking Policies

 

• Check in time: 1 pm- 3pm, unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-out time: 11 AM.

 

• A deposit of the first night per room is required at time of booking.

 

• Our cancelation policy is that if you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice, a $50 cancelation fee taken from the deposit and we refund of the the rest of your deposit. If a cancelation is requested, with less than 14 days before arrival, you forfeit your deposit.

 

• Seasonal rates ----$180 & 200 per room/night  

 

• Add $35/extra person/night if more than double occupancy.
  (25$/ night for children 2-10 years old)

 

•  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Amex, Discover and Cash.
•  13% Harmonized Sales Tax will be added to room price.
•  
•   New 4% Destination Tax (as of July 1, 2023)

 

• If you have a accomodation credit, please contact us directly and we will set up the booking, and any addition room cost will be settled after arrival.
